40 Most Popular Schools of Higher Education In The United States


People who don’t believe that online colleges are flourishing should think again.  Earning an online degree has become very popular.  Of all the colleges and higher education schools in the United States, including both traditional universities and online colleges, the University of Phoenix was found to be the most popular with students.  Pennsylvania State University came in second, with Ohio State University a close third.

PayScale.com recently conducted a survey of the most popular colleges in the United States.  819,147 individuals responded to the survey, naming the college they attended or were attending.
