Gundy, best known for his mullet and "I'm a man " speech, arrived at Oklahoma State in 2005 and has seem much success over his 12 seasons at the helm including five seasons with at least 10 regular season wins.

Meanwhile, Gundy just finished his 13th regular season as coach of the Cowboys, who await their bowl game fate this Sunday. The team is 9-3 this season.
