No word on when Judge Brinkley will hold the bail hearing. Meek Mill is behind bars at the Chester State Correctional Institution in Pennsylvania. In August, he was arrested in New York City and charged with reckless endangerment after posting video on social media of him riding a dirt bike without a helmet. Mill's probation officer and a prosecutor had recommended that he not be jailed.
