Wind chills between -5 degrees and -15 degrees Fahrenheit are expected starting tomorrow.

Expect wind chills to range from 20 below zero to 30 below zero in portions of west central Wisconsin and central, east central, south central, southeast and west central Minnesota. Wind gusts today reached as high as 45 miles per hour today at the Syracuse Hancock International Airport just before 1 p.m. Temperatures ranged between 22 degrees and 34 degrees Fahrenheit. Winds: W 10-20.
