Eleven months later, Gabby surprised her husband by bringing the other twin, Jaxson, born in June, to watch his daddy win a playoff against Chez Reavie at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

Woodland birdied three of the last four holes for a seven-under 64 - the best round of the day - to finish at 18 under.

Woodland was on the practice range, staying warmed up, when he heard the roar of the gallery at the 18th hole, which let him know that Chez Reavie had caught him and the Waste Management Phoenix Open would be decided in a sudden-death playoff.

Needing an eagle down 18 to tie Woodland, he drove it into trouble, hacked back into play and ultimately came away with a six.

The playoff however would last only one hole, Reavie unable to get up and down at the first playoff hole after missing the green with a short iron from the fairway.

It had been almost 10 years since Reavie's first and only win to date on the PGA Tour when successful at the 2008 Canadian Open but when he birdied his final two holes including one from 25 feet at the last he had joined Woodland at 18 under par and the door was open for win number two.

It had been five long years since he won, but that wasn't what was on Gary Woodland's mind when he made the final putt and pointed to the sky.

Woodland began Sunday three shots back of Rickie Fowler's lead. He raced up the leaderboard with five birdies on the front nine.

Lefty birdied 15, holed from 33-feet at the Stadium 16th and then made another birdie at the drivable par-4 17th.

New England Patriots: Malcolm Butler believes he could have changed game
But it will forever be hard to accept that Butler would not have made more plays than the likes of Richards or Bademosi. Belichick said on Monday: "I respect Malcolm's competitiveness, and I'm sure that he felt like he could have helped".

Policemen injured in SMHS militant attack succumbs
Two Lashkar militants rained bullets at the police party and fled in a vehicle towards downtown Srinagar . Police indicated that an accomplice of the prisoner, Naveed Jutt, opened fire just outside the hospital.

The win couldn't have come at a better time for Woodland, who past year endured trying times off the course when he and his wife announced that one of their expected twins died before birth.

The couple were expecting twins previous year but lost one of them.

Reavie drained a 21-footer at the 18th in regulation to sign for a 66 and force the play-off.

Also in a tie for 11th place was world number two Jon Rahm who was over par for the final round himself.

With tears in his eyes, he added: "Just wanted her to know I still love her". And the horror show unfolded on the one hole in golf where those in the gallery are totally baked and all too happy to jump on any player who displeases them.

He made his record-tying 29th start in the event he won in 1996, 2005, and 2013. I told myself "if I can make two more birdies, that would give me a good chance to win". "I had no idea where he hit it because I was so upset that that even happened".

Phil Mickelson had the fans roaring with three straight birdies, the second a 30-footer on 16.

Reavie bogeyed the 16th to slip two behind but nearly pitched in on his way to birdieing the next and then drained a 20-foot gain at the last to take the contest to extra holes.
