Egypt and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah recounted his childhood dream of becoming a professional footballer and his transition from Egypt to Europe.

Salah has been one of the players of the Premier League season so far after joining Liverpool from Roma in the summer.

After holding talks in recent weeks with club president Florentino Perez regarding transfers, Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane seems to have focused his intentions on one of the Premier League's top performers, Salah.

Despite Mohamed Salah's 21 Premier League goals and 28 in all competitions, Aldridge feels his former club could have benefited with additional firepower. I went to Fiorentina, scored goals, then in Rome I played very well and returned to England. I want to concentrate on my team and finish the season very well.

"Yes, I follow it [La Liga], I see some games". I don't have much to say about that.

Milwaukee Bucks: Takeaways from 103-89 win over New York Knicks
For the Knicks as an organization, it signals a total rebuild, with trading all veteran players away and tanking for better picks. The Knicks entered their game against the Bucks four games out of eighth place in the Eastern Conference, having lost 10 of 14.

"I didn't do well because I didn't play many games", admitted the 25-year-old.

He scored 34 goals in two seasons for the Italian side to earn his £36m move to Liverpool and hasn't looked back after hitting the ground running on his return to English football.

As far as his other immediate ambitions are concerned, Salah said, "I want to be in a good position in the Premier League and help my global team to pass the first phase in the World Cup in Russian Federation". "At the moment I am here", he said. I want to help the team to win trophies or be in a good position in the league, in my head I'm trying to do that. "I wish him all the best at Barcelona as he is an incredible player, with a lot of quality".

His managers have had to wait until the last month for his real emergence, though, with three goals and two more assists over his last four games adding up to 37 points.
