Jammu and Kashmir: Constable killed after militants attack home of Hurriyat leader Fazal Haq Qureshi

Suspected militants shot dead two policemen, one of them the guard of Hurriyat leader Fazul Haq Qureshi, in Kashmir on Sunday.

A policeman lost his life in a militant attack at Soura in Srinagar on Sunday. This attack came hours after another police constable was shot dead in Badgam district.

The SSP of Budgam Tejinder Singh told media in Srinagar that the attackers fired upon sentry post outside the shrine.

The shrine was gutted and the entire township was razed in a gunfight in 1995.
