It was the third time this month that someone has been arrested at one of Swift's properties.
The New York Times reports that this was not the first time Roger Alvarado tried to break into Taylor Swift's Manhattan townhouse. The recent arrest at Taylor's home comes shortly after her stalker, Frank Andrew Hoover was sentenced to 10 years probation.
She's been the target of several scary run-ins lately.
Late on Thursday night, an intruder broke into Taylor's NY apartment. According to the New York Daily News, neighbors saw Alvarado enter the building by breaking a window using nothing but his bare hand. Once he got inside, he took a shower and fell asleep in a bed.

Penguins over the Flyers in game 4
His lower-body injured, suffered in a collision with defenseman Radko Gudas during a drill, was a bad omen for the Flyers . That's been a theme in the series: The Penguins get a big save down one end, the Flyers don't get one down the other end.
Yet another man was arrested recently for robbing a bank then driving to Swift's Rhode Island home and tossing money over the fence in an effort to impress her. However, a witness spotted Alvarado breaking in and called cops. Back in February, Alvarado was arrested at that same NY address for using a shovel to break open the front door. According to the NYPD, he's been charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief, burglary, and stalking. A search of the man's auto revealed a knife, rope and ammunition.
In an entirely separate incident, a 38-year-old man was again arrested outside Swift's home in Beverley Hills under suspicion of stalking and was given a temporary restraining order.
The suspect, Julius Alexander Sandrock, was arrested on Saturday and taken into custody for felony stalking.
