The Queen has given written consent to allow Prince Harry to marry Meghan Markle.
The Queen's letter was shared by Kensington Palace on their social media channels, and many eagle-eyed royal fans noticed the wording wasn't the exact same as the consent letter written for Prince William and Kate Middleton in 2011.
"The Instrument of Consent is sealed with the Great Seal of the Realm, which is attached to the foot of the document by woven cords sealed within the Great Seal itself", the statement continued.
The coronet for Prince Harry, 33, is on the lower left side and the Commonwealth symbol can be found on the lower right side of the document.
On the other side, the illustration that celebrates the bride is dominated by striking golden poppies, the state flower of California where Meghan was born. The document will be presented to the pair after the wedding.
