L. Lin Wood, a lawyer retained by the British diver Vernon Unsworth, whom Elon Musk called a "pedo," is "preparing a civil complaint for libel" against Musk, BuzzFeed reported.

Musk posted the tweet in response to an article about the removal of accounts responsible for coordinated manipulation on Twitter, praising the micro-blogging platform's actions.

"You don't think it's unusual he hasn't sued me?" the Tesla CEO tweeted to a user who had questioned his "dedication to facts and truth".

Unsworth told Sky News on Wednesday that he could not comment on Musk's latest tweets, but added: "It's all being dealt with, that's all I can say".

Congratulations to Musk, who continues to play himself. "Have you actually done any research at all?"
