Nintendo today announced it would finally be debuting the Online service for the Switch. I'm not actually excited for Switch Online at all so far, but I also don't play any video games online. So...

The link contains a FAQ page and a full table of the features available to Nintendo Switch online subscribers over those who do not subscribe, which you can see below. These will include Super Mario Bros, Ice Climbers, and the original Legend of Zelda. That's right, Luigi's Mansion 3 is coming to Nintendo Switch!

Nintendo's rescheduled Direct event is now on September 13 at 3pm PT (6pm ET or 11pm BST), but is said currently to be focused on "information about upcoming Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch titles".

Prior to this change, it is important to confirm that your Nintendo Account or your child's Nintendo Account is linked to the correct user.
